The ACEM Primary at a glance
The Primary Written is an online, integrated multiple-choice (SCQ) examination on anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology: 360 questions across two 3-hour papers, sat in one day. Once you have passed it, you sit the integrated viva: four 10-minute stations on the same four sciences. ACEM allows up to three attempts at each part, and each attempt needs a new application and fee, so sitting when you are ready matters.

If you choose. Supervisor Mode is opt-in, on the Standard and Intensive plans, and free for your supervisor. They can see where you stand and where your weak areas are, so they can help tailor your approach to the exam. They cannot see your tutor chats or your individual answers, and you can stop sharing at any time.
